Medical Support: Our on-site health clinic is fully equipped, staffed by qualified nurses, and manages medical emergencies with strict protocols. We collaborate with local healthcare providers to ensure the protection of our students’ well-being. All Students residing in the Boarding are registered at the KIMS Multi speciality hospital & at CSI Hospital medically insured by the school.

Nutrition: A balanced and nutritious diet is meticulously crafted to meet the dietary needs of our diverse student population. We accommodate various dietary restrictions and preferences, and our culinary services prioritize the provision of wholesome and healthful meals.

Counseling Services:Professional counseling services are readily available to address academic, personal, and emotional challenges. Ensuring confidentiality and providing a secure space for students to express themselves, our counseling services are pivotal in fostering a supportive atmosphere.

Laundry Service & Housekeeping: The laundry is assigned to a professional off site vendor with a 48 hr turnaround time. The Laundry is available Monday – Saturday from. There is a dedicated housekeeping department which ensures the cleanliness of the school and hostel buildings.

Tuck Shop: We maintain a Tuck-shop. Tuck is referred to food treats such as snacks, sweets and stationary. They can buy tuck twice a week.

Pastoral Care: The residential staff, including the Head Wardens, Wardens, House Sisters (Chechi’s), and the resident teaching personnel are responsible for the general pastoral and well-being of all TRINS boarders, as well as the overall day-to-day management of the hostel and supporting the hostel’s ethos and goals. Peer Support Group: The Peer Support Group [PSG] at TRINS is an impactful student-led initiative that fosters the emotional and physical wellbeing of the entire school community. This highly dedicated group actively engages students with the aim of cultivating a joyful, healthy environment for each individual. It plays a vital role in building strong, positive relationships among students and between students and hostel authorities. Peer Leaders support students so they do not feel alone in their daily struggles, providing a compassionate point of contact from among their peers.

Currently, we offer Chess, Bridge, Crochet, 3R Gardening – Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Student-led Guitar classes.

Wellness Programs – Breath Work – A relaxation meditation technique that helps students manage their anxiety and stress

Phone Call: Students gets to connect with their family on an alternative day basis.

Hostel Newsletters: A monthly newsletter is published highlighting hostel activities, reflections, updates, and announcements.

Regular Reports and Assessments: Every term we send a periodic term report to the parents providing them providing a comprehensive picture of your child’s progress.

Phone Calls and Email to Hostel Warden:- Parents can communicate directly with hostel administrators via phone calls or emails. This allows for individualized communication regarding specific questions or concerns about a child’s academic or personal well-being.

Social Media Platform: Our social media platforms shares all the sneak preview of our hostel events, news, photos.

Parent Meetings : One to One meetings with parents provide opportunities for a face-to-face discussions about a child’s progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.

On weekends, our students enjoy less rigid schedules, allowing them to engage in sports, socialize with friends, and focus on their studies. Our dedicated student-led Cultural and Event Management team arranges diverse weekend events to foster community togetherness. Students participate in a range of indoor and outdoor activities on our scenic campus, including games, talent shows, sports tournaments, movie nights, musical performances, campfires, and more. Additionally, they frequently embark on outings to nearby malls, beaches, local attractions, and adventure parks.

Trins Academic staff are always eager to help students with their academics, whether through extended stays or remedial sessions. The Hostel Administration also arranges offline and online tuition for students who require additional one-on-one instruction. Student tutors- During the weekend, many older students help their juniors explain ideas and doubts.
