On 26/08/09 class 7 organised an exhibition based on their geography lesson"rain forest”. The students exhibited herbs and spices and explained medicinal property of each exhibit. Even fateful diseases like cancer can find a cure was a surprise to the classes who visited. Herbs were arranged with their botanical name and properties. The self explanatory display and the enthusiasm of the students showed the organizing ability of theirs. The herbs were collected from their backyards and the spices from kitchen cabinet.

The exhibition threw ample light to the inquisitive minds and they called it “backyard pharmacy.” The banner at the entrance “Na Jagthve manoushadam” was captivating.It means “there is nothing in this world without a cure”.
