As usual the students and teachers attended classes which went on till afternoon after which the team started off for Berlin.It was a 6 hour journey to Berlin and the stay was arranged at an hostel.During the trip two students who fell ill were taken to the hospital

The stay at Berlin was arranged at an hostel. Few of the students who had not been feeling well the previous evening reported a better health condition.WE started off at 10.30 in the morning and reached Berlin by 11.30am.
During a walk of approximately 10kms through Berlin city the students were able to witness the modern and historical aspects of this great city.We saw:-
The gate called Brandenburger which earlier divided Germany into two parts.
Statue of the golden angel which is called the ‘Victory lady’ and is a figure of a lady on 4 horses.

A museum which was earlier used as a storehouse of ammunitions
A protestant cathedral
The place where earlier there was an emperor’s palace which was ruined during the second world war. This is the proposed site for another palace which they intend to build in 15 years.
